I got this from my work, it seems to have an error with the watermark. The side of his face seems to be spilled out or melted. Take a look at the photos (sorry on the quality, my good camera finally died and I'm stuck with a crappy phone camera for now) and see what you think. I am not a collector, but I do like to look for errors in currency, if this has any value to it, I would be interested in selling it, so I would like to see if this is worth more than face value. It is supposed to be his hair, but if you look at a different bill, you can see that it is different. here is a picture I found with a quick search on google images:
I think you have to find a production image to compare to. Comparing a specimen note to yours isn't always equal.

I think the watermark was explained while it looks like his face is bloated on that side, it's just his hair.
Watermark variations attract nearly zero interest from collectors. Small differences fall within BEP tolerances. The only watermark error I’ve seen that was significant was a watermark on the wrong end of the note.
