Don&#039;t like paying a premium for modern circulating coins but it does appear normal channels are not going to happen with these coins.</p><p>When the first statehood quarters were released most of the armored car companies found out very quickly the private sector was much more willing to pay premiums for those quarters as the banks were not about to do such a thing. I believe it is happening all over again and, if I owned an armored car company, I would probably seek out those extra $$$ for my coins. After all most banks don&#039;t care about dates or mintmarks when they order change. They just want the coinage needed to operate on a daily basis.
