Like most regular proof sets seem destined to do, go down after the demand ceases to exist. I stopped buying the regular proof sets and just get the silver proof's for the most part nowadays, well, along with the uncirculated sets which seem to have more potential of value over their proof counterparts.
So, just skip them without the negativity and let someone else respond, it's just as simple as doing a google search, actually easier since all you do is ignore it.
I agree with you on a certain level, but oftentimes, Newbies don't know how or where to look. I find that the more I learn about coins, the dumber the questions "seem" from those who are new to the hobby. I can't even IMAGINE how pizzed off Doug must get!! :desk:
