Since all coins of a certain SS type (such as a California state quarter) are not 'doubled", just from certain hubs, should indicate it is a mechanical problem and thus not of numismatic significance.</p><p> I believe that people who make money off of the plethora of SSDD euphoria, from companies to individuals are responsible for the misinformation.
