bryantallard show me the money....so i can look through it

I have this bill on ebay. (no this is not an attempt to boost sales) I am curious to know why this bill is bid up to $9.50 so far. I am lucky if 1 sells for $2.99. what makes this bill so special? thanks in advance.

Maybe one bidder was born on January 12, 1963 and another bidder was born on November 2, 1963.

Maybe the bidders like to collect this type of serial #'s or
maybe they're collecting last 4 digits same for all districts
we all collect for different reasons and with different agenda's

    I know when I find 4 in a row same #'s I save em.
Would I spend $10 or more for this NO but it seems there's more than one that will.
When the auction is over contact the buyer and ask he/she why they did.

    It's a good poker hand.
