It is obvious by now that the demand was not there for the Braille commem as was there for the Lincoln but the lower mintage should help the price somewhere down the line. I'm not a big fan of commems but ordered both the lincoln and Braille in unc and proof. I sent the proof Lincoln out for slabbing and it came back a 70 dcam so I'm pleased with that. Waiting to send the Braille out later and see how that comes back. It would be intresting if we could find out what percentage of these commems are ordered here in the U.S. and how many are shipped to overseas collectors and dealers. IMo this would/might shed a different light on value?? What say you all?

How did you get complete silver Olympic set free? I know there was a close out sale, so I bought several of the left over 1996 silver coins. Never heard of them giving out coins for free before.

The mint sometimes burps and sends a double order. You know, you order an item and then three weeks later the exact same thing shows up in your mail box.....only you didn't order two of these items. Has happened to me and I suspect that the exact same thing happened to the poster in question. :)

Normally a burp isn't a pleasant thing on the receiving end... in this case... well, let's just say, send me the buffalo burps all you like my dear mistaken-Mint.
