I talked to Billy G Crawford and he is aware of all these varieties, and is working on getting them published in his die variety news publication in the next week or so. Keep an eye out for it!

Here is a very minor one I found in a couple of rolls. It's so minor I had to include a normal one to tell the difference.

sounds like there is alot of 2009 error coins out there so i would guess there will be a spot for them in the up comeing coin book next year.
