the post office might not selling the lincoln stamps. because selling lincoln stamps is over one month. you can still order it from the catalog or online.
Yep, I placed an order for some. The sheet is $50.40. I guess if you ever get in a bind, you can use them for mailing. I seldom use stamps since going to the online Bill-Pay system, which is the best thing since sliced bread.
Just called the mint, found out that I indeed do have my copies reserved and they should be sent out in the next couple of days. The reason the shipping is so slow is apparently they just moved their warehouse and base of operations from Tennessee to Indiana. So that's a big :goofer::high5::goofer: to all you and a nananana boo boo on top of it. lol Jarrid
I don't know whether or not it's just for a limited time, but I went to my post office and they told me their supply sold out within a week or so and to check with other post offices in nearby towns.
Typically the only limit the Post Office puts on a given sale is "while supplies last." Many comemmorative stamps do have limited runs, and once they sell out, that's it. Probably the case here. There's also the option of ordering directly from the Post Office online.
