    Even though it's a star note there's nothing special about it. The serial number is high. Also, it's circulated, creased, stained, margins are not centered, etc. and wouldn't receive a high grade if the OP was inclined to have it graded.

    Some collectors keep all *star notes, but when the denomination gets past $20, a lot of them just spend them. If you like the note and can afford to keep it, do so, otherwise, I would spend it.

    Unless extremely rare, which this note is not, the bare minimum for keeping this denomination is that the note is uncirculated. I would have no problem spending it.

    Check out mycurrencycollection.com, star note look up.
    Run size is 640,000. Your note falls in the middle of the less rare and more rare category. It would be a keeper for me.
