2009 Barack Obama silver medal

SIX years later, I stumble on this forum and can tell you this was minted by North American Mint in Rochester, NY.

I had a meeting with owner (was a lowly life ins agent at the time), and he gave me one of these at the end of our meeting.
It was created at the end of 2008 (time period I was an agent).
Hope this clears up the 6 year burning question!
