Friends, Welcome. I took many pictures of the note and examined it carefully over 3 days. I was hoping to find something worth the mention here. This is what I found with (God's guidance) as evidence that it might be...... a US mint real Error.

This is my Theory from the images.

    1. Its not ink that made that clock like image on the face.
    2. The Error image is (behind) the regular print of the bill.
    3. All the little dots, lines that make the regular printing image are intact, only regular circulation wear.Again, the error image appears to me underneath the regular print of the Bill. Its most clearly visible in the number 13 with the hairs on top of it intact.

My synopsis or Theory is that someone left something hot or warm on the sheet of paper that would be used in the future for printing of the bills. It also created a octagonal weird shaped cut image on his forehead.

Its sometype of Burn that took place before the printing process began on the sheet of cloth. How it escaped undetected ? It happened to only One Bill not a printing machines erorr where it would be duplicated. That just my thoughts...

There is also same type of error ADDED to the left eye some marking that are not part of a regular printing.

Appreciate your vote of confidence on this find.

Is this worth sending in for grading etc.

Does anyone off hand know what kinda instrument is this that casued this to happen.
I suppose the US mint would surely know about that....

    God Bless,
    Beck

I vote "Bogus", and believe it's similar to your last 3 threads featuring notes with post BEP markings. Just my opinion.

This is similar to the imprint on your note.

In unison and in three part harmony:

    It is a teller stamp.

Mirza, I have seen this type of Date and Time Stamp on paper currency before. Not an error.
    Here is another stamper -
