Tuesday I was doing a starter State quarters set for a nephew. I looked a this 2008-P AZ state quarter that was pulled from a solid date 2008 Arizona. I think there die cracks?? I don't know what to call the marks, I got from Regions bank in HSV.her the photo's you tell me what they are..:kewl:
Jello, If you're referring to the two small parallel lines from the "D", they look like they might be die gouges; if you're referring to the mark along the left side of the "S", it looks like it could be a die break. In either case, they wouldn't be anything special that would warrant a premium. Chris
Thank for your time this one I glad you see what I see, my old eyes could use a tune up. I am not sure if is a letter.it could also be a planchet flaw or a die or metal from the Rev that chipped off?? I really don't know what it is.but my e-mail feed to threads are off. why something not work like it was last yr.I am sure its not my e-mail filter blocking it. But I have sent a few MSG's to PTDavis ?
