Thats ALOT of money for an ungraded example. One would think that a piece like this would be graded to maximize it's potential. It also, after grading, should have been put on another auction venue to maximize value....not to mention, the shenanigans that COULD possibly go on with ebay buyers....like 'a hole in the mailer, no coin', for starters.
