2008 Alaska 6 clawed bear Quarter

Decided to look through some change in my purse and found this 2008 Alaska "6 clawed bear" quarter. What do y'all think? It's a little scratched up considering it was found in circulation.

I don't have die chips in LAND but I do between the E and A in GREAT. Also on the obverse....aren't the following pics MD?

 

Yes, they appear to be some form of mechanical doubling. Nice find by the way.
