2007 Washington State Quarter Error

Found this in a bank roll today. Grease maybe? The 7 is very weak and 2/3 of the height of the 200. Any thoughts? The front has the same type around the TY in Liberty.

A "filled die" error. Pretty much the same as a "grease strike".

Yes it is common.
Little additional value, unless.......... there is always eBay where God only knows what it may go for.
Possibly thousands, unless the buyer is smart, then perhaps a dollar or two.
