2007 Presidential Dollar Coin Design Images?

Considering they have to issue four different coins during the year, I doubt we would see a late start. I would expect the Washington coin to come out in Jan and then the next coin every three months.

Then by the fifth or sixth coin the vaults will be bulging with unwanted dollar coins and at that point the dollar coins will no longer be made for circulation and will only be sold in roll sets and bags directly to collectors. Just like the Sac dollars are now. (At the rate the small dollars are drawn from the Treasury I would suspect the first years production wll be about 20 years worth of demand. And there is still around 10 years worth of Sac dollars in the vaults now.)

Just a little bit serious. According to the old man (GHW Bush) Jeb is by far the best politician in the family. Additionally, after the bad (for Bush 41) end to this Presidency did anyone think there was any chance that another Bush would ever be President? I certainly didn't, but there he is, still in the White House. For as bad as the current President's ratings are Americans have a rather short memory and by 10 years from now they will have forgotten for the most part. Sorry about deviating into politics in the coin forum, but I wouldn't be surprised if Jeb made it. I just see the Bush's in a similar way to the Kennedy's. John was president, Robert would have become if he hadn't been assassinated, and Teddy would have had a legitimate shot if not for Chappaquidick. The Bush's have the same inside track and those in the far right are happy with Bush's legacy of court appointees and would love to run another Bush. Right of wrong, my 2¢.

sorry, about that Doug, I read and responded to his question before I'd read your post. Now, back to the coins. The point of my humorous post a couple weeks ago was to point out that the guys who are eligible will be know well in advance for the most part. I actually am looking forward to these coins, it should be a fun collection.

 

I'll just say this. If the relief on these coins suck I won't collect them. The reverse relief on the nickel from this year is okay but the obverse is a joke in my opinion.
