At the bottom of the torch there's a raised bevel is this an error?.

Wish we had some closer better images of that. Could be a polished out die fault, think rust or a mintworkers oops die gouge. The area is right for a small shallow crack to form that could be polished into the raised area you see. Just a thought. Need......better.......images..........please. I do like these types of errors they make you think. Not worth anything over the coins value but fun!

still hard to see fine detail but I think that it looks like a very fine die crack exists between the top of the D and the base of the torch. If it has been polished you should see hairline scratches with a loupe in the raised area on the coin in question.

That is a problem with shiny coins. Just seeing them sometimes can be tough never mind making out shadowy little disapearing anomalies. Look hard, do you see any scratches in the area that is raised and also around the raised area as well?

I really can't tell it looks like a light scratches on it but I'm not sure

That’s what it might look like. I’ll try to get an image of a cent error that I believe is similar. I use my IPhone with a olloclip slip on macro lense so no promises.
