2007-P Dime Check My Attribution: Reversed Partial Collar? Inverted Dies?

    I need someone to check my attribution on this 2007-P Dime.
    I am thinking Inverted Dies Reversed Partial Collar? Compare to the dime here:

    Weight = 2.26g
    Vertical Diameter = 18.26mm

    Wow.. Partial Collar Strike
    I just looked at the Inverted Die installation.. Looks like it could be it.

    Yes, although very scarce before about 1998,
    since then it appears that most cents thru
    quarters are now struck with the reverse die
    being the 'hammer' die -

    Not sure how that definition works with the
    newer Schuler horizontal presses, but yes,
    your dime was struck with the obv. being the
    'stationary' or bottom die

    Heard from Mike Diamond. He says "an uncentered broadstrike with a stiff collar error. It was struck in with the inverted setup universally used at this time."

    I respect Mike D, but I wouldn't call it just a broadstrike
    with that much reeding showing. just my opinion.
