My friend has one... a hole was drilled into each east and west “third side” reeding so it would spin inside the round holder it’s in which is attached to the keychain fob, from Montana. It’s also silver, and has a large over small LIBERTY-T. I looked because of that and learned there was a transition of the LIBERTY-T beginning in 2007.

Imho, thank you for sharing the plated coin. When a coin is replated all sorts of anomalies can show up.

 

See, that’s why I don’t know that silver weight is 6.25 grams........ I really don’t touch quarters.
