My mother-in-law has been in retirement for two years she has been watching and getting into the same stuff that I have lol.She found this note and asked me if it was collectible I told her I would post it here to see what you guys would have to say I’m not the greatest with this paper money stuff but I’m sure one of you guys can answer the question I think it looks pretty cool I believe it’s called a fancy note any input would help
