2006 P Roosevelt Dime with an dot on head

I am a rookie on this, looking for the name of this error and if it is an error. Looks pretty cool like a bump in the head....please help !!!

It's hard to see for sure, but appear to be a little break. Check around the eyes and eye brows; they're quite common on the type.

 

These are die chips. And I agree with common for the type.
This coin shows the signs of Die Deterioration, chips on eye,nose,ear, chin...
