2006 one dollar bill with federal reserve shield on wrong side

    I guess there are a lot of people breaking that law, such as the Santa one dollar bill.
    Santa Claus' face on a real dollar bill. Genuine, legal, bankable, and spendable, Santa Dollar Bill makes a great gift.

    I don’t know if they’re all the same, but the Santa Dollar I once had was a real $1 note with a decal that could be easily removed.

    Same here, but as I've learned more, I've gotten pickier about what I keep for myself.
    What I've been doing with * notes in not-so-good condition is give them as change while relating the story of what they are, how they came to be, their collectibility, and that they are bought and sold on eBay.
    So far, no one I've talked to about them, knew about them and everyone is surprised and pleased to learn.
    The idea is to hopefully start some new collectors in the hobby.
