You have a partial offset printing. A partial offset develops when the impression cylinder becomes exposed to part of the inked printing plate through a fold, tear of defect in a sheet of currency paper. The price of this error depend on how bold the impression is and the size of the offset print. Errors like yours may bring: fine 15.00, ef 25.00, cu 50.00. Lou
