    Yes. This. While it remains POSSIBLE to snag an MS68 out of circulation, it is extraordinarily unlikely, and it gets MORE unlikely the larger the coin. As a practical matter, 68 is the circulation version of a "perfect coin", with really NO detracting marks. 69 and 70 coins tend to come in capsules or what the mint calls "lenses". I do not care for that noun, but the mint calls them that. What's the difference? 69 and 70 coins are prevented from banging into one another.
