Hi. The doubling on the date is just MD and I believe the mint mark has just damage over it. UNlikely but could be a lam or strike through.
That's a copper plated steel cent. So it won't be a lamination, laminations don't happen on plated coins.
It's all good. I have made that mistake many of times. It's hard to know every world coin and it's composition I've seen knowledgeable people make that mistake a few times.
Funny thing is I knew it was copper plated steel, I just had a brainfart haaha. It happens to the best of us.
