2005-P WV quarter possible cud and something else?

    Good evening, all. I found this quarter crh a while back. Is the anomaly at about 4:00 on the obverse a cud? I know the West Virginias have a few that do. Was wondering if this was one of them. But also, at about 8:00 on the reverse looks like there's something going on there as well. I apologize in advance for the less than perfect pictures.
