Can anyone tell me about this NICKEL. It looks like it's taking a #2. Any info would be great guys and gals. Do you think it would have a value?

I've always liked these, but have not seen any in circulation in a coon's age. If I had I would have saved them.

I think what your referring to is the Buffalos tail . I do not believe he is dumping . However I thought the thread was funny if nothing else. Dillan

It's a new normal Buffalo with face value.

Wait, a Buffalo has a tail? That would have been the last thing I'd think to be in the area.:hilarious:

One of the first days that these came out, I got a brand new 2004 Peace Pipe in change. But it was in very unusual condition. It seemed very worn, for being brand new. I saved it and then later realized it was a heavy greaser. A true mint error I got in circulation. Some letters are completely missing while others are perfectly formed right next to it. Both sides are affected. If I decide to take it out of the 2x2 (not likely, too lazy), I will post a photo.

Peace Medal. But there is a pipe on the coin.
They did a decent job on the designs for these and the 2009 Lincolns.
I wonder what happened after that to get the Spongebob designs on some of the new issues.
