    Sounds like that this variety should be reported to Krause & to the publisher of the Red Book.It is an interesting variety.

    I bought a couple of ANACS Bison DDO nickels on ebay and the seller sent me a couple of peace nickels as a gift and asked if I Knew anything about the one with the wide spread? I'm not quite sure but I think it is a DDO medium die state! Sent him this link and told him if he has more (which it sounds like by the way the question was asked) not to be giving them out till he makes sure and that these could be very valuable!
