Sorry, it doesn't look like a DDO. Here are the markers for the 4 stages of the DDO: http://varietyvista.com/Variety Master Listings/jefferson doubled dies 1997-2011.htm . Review all the markers then go to the site below. Also, have a look at this: https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/2004-p-5c-ddo-fs-101-peace-medal/519985/63 The coin is probably a Stage D specimen as the chip in the left cuff by the U in UNITED is visible. The adjacent MS 64 Specimens are Stage C and Stage D (look for the markers so you know what to look for next time). Also look closely at the P mint mark. The MM will be elongated and notched. Your specimen appears normal.
