2004 Dime Double mint mark

Does anyone else see this or anything else ? Maybe grease filled die on reverse? Still learning here !

    Probably grease filled at the date. It can't be an RPM because that ended around 1991. The pics are just too blurry for me to make a good call on the mint mark.

    looks like mechanical/ejection doubling
    on the MM.
