2004 a star note value

I would not call myself an expert. I would say there are perhaps only a couple of people on this forum with qualifications to call themselves an expert. Certainly not I.

The Note is series 1981A plate position C, to clear this up, to be 100% honest im not sure if i used the charts corrent i just looked up that 1 note be4 i shipped out some silver this morning

 

so to clear it up, use the series # 1981A in this example, then the column would be L because serial L at beginning for mint mark correct?
