The way to use that site is from the main page link I gave choose your series and denomination, 2004 and 20 in this case, and click on the link. It will then take you to a table of the star notes printed in a run. Find the reserve bank that yours was printed from, C or Philly for your note. Then scroll your cursor over the entries in that column. In the top box of the page will appear a range for those star notes. In this case we scroll over run 1 of C and it gives the range of EC 0000 0001* - EC 0320 0000*. Since your note falls into that range it is one of the 3.2 million star notes printed for that run, so not worth much.

However, if you scroll down one more row in that column, you find a 320K star note run, which has a fair amount of rarity. That gives a run of EC 0320 0001* - EC 0352 0000* which if your note had a serial that had fallen in that run number, it would have been worth keeping. The run numbers can all be different so you will need to look a note up on there and check the range of a run before you can determine what run it is in.
