And it's likely that many more are still sitting in the BEP, waiting to be used as replacements the next time $2's are printed (just as leftover 2003 $2 I..* straps were used as replacements during the 2003A printing, so that no 2003A $2 stars needed to be printed for replacement straps). They'll get out eventually, but collectors are a notoriously impatient bunch (see: former Ebay prices for 2009 cents), so for now the values are a bit unrealistically high.</p><p><br /></p><p>Thus, if you can sell them for anything near the catalog value, I'd suggest doing so.
