That could be possible, however, the fields look as if the flow lines are all moving upward. That, too, could be possible, as I&#039;ve seen that on some of my proofs. But, it just seems odd that it&#039;s not mentioned at all in Krause&#039;s catalog. The only proof set that I&#039;m aware for these regular low denomination coins is only from the year 1982.</p><p><br /></p><p>Upon even closer inspection on the OGP, it appears that it&#039;s the same as the business strike OGP of the same year.
