I'm not sure if you mean as an actual greasy residue on the coin, or if you mean a slight effect around the edge of the effected area.

Most often, you do not find any actual grease residue on a coin. Also, if the drop of grease is extremely small, the effect in the field would be just as it is on this coin.

Also, in many cases there is some debris in the grease that leaves a slightly rough, uneven surface on the struck coin.
