    Looks like a linear plating blister.

    You will find a lot of pennies minted after 1982 with strange features. That is why I call them Crappy Zincolns.

    I agree with plating blisters.
    Looks interesting but it is nothing major.

    a "snot nose" lincoln.
    Not due to the visual look, but the 8 micron thin copper plating over the zinc core that is corroding or what not underneath it.
