I'd like to get the experts' feedback and if this isnt PMD, is it worth anything more than the dime that it is? Thanks in advance!

The pictures are not the best but I will try to give my opinion
I don't think that it is a Lamination but some king of other plating issue.
Lamination on a plated coin are usually not as smooth in appearance as yours. Might be erosion or environmental damage of some kind.

A lamination will have a physical edge, something which will easily catch a fingernail dragged across it, and it should show that physical edge in your images. I've the impression that this one picked up a stain along the way.

It's definitely not a stain. I'll try to take some angled pictures that will give us a better view of what im looking at here.
