I&#039;m not so certain at all.</p><p><br /></p><p>Maybe, they have a really unusual look, patina/texture to them, so maybe someone that has attributed them and seen some in person could determine if it&#039;s environmental or the experimental rinse.</p><p><br /></p><p>there was an experimental rinse, it happened at Philadelphia late in the year 2000, the planchets were dumped into two hoppers afterwards one hopper was used for 2000Ps, the other was used early the next year for 2001Ps. this is documented as happening.</p><p><br /></p><p>There&#039;s been One 2006 D attributed by Fred Weinberg in 2006 that I am aware of, no idea how it got to Denver, or why only one, so I&#039;m kind of skeptical on that one being legit but it passed the expert test....
