Just appears to be well circulated.

 

Yup, looks like it spent a good part of it's life in a parking lot.

 

As the others have said. Those aren't clashes... just dings and dents from circulation.

All of your arrows are pointing to circulation damage. I get the impression that you don't fully understand how a die clash happens and how it affects the planchets as they are struck afterward. If you would like an explanation, please let me know.
