A wrong planchet error is going to be on a smaller coin.
If the rims are complete and fully formed, it can't be a wrong planchet error.
The reasons are because of this, US coins are different weight and size from other world coins. (A couple are the same size as US, some Panama and some Bahamas because they are tied 1:1 with the USD.) But over 99%
of the planchets are different size and weight and metal composition.
The only size coin that can fit in a coining press is the same size or smaller.
If the coin is smaller, the rims will not be fully formed.

There's nothing wrong with any of them... What you're seeing are dollar coins that have actually seen circulation. Dollar coins sit around in government stockpiles in the U.S. and don't circulate very much.

However, dollar coins are preferred over dollar bills in Ecuador and El Salvador so they heavily circulate in those countries. Sometimes they make their way back up to the U.S. and get released into circulation. They stand out as curiosities because it's unusual to find circulated dollar coins up here. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case with any of the ones you have pictured, especially the first one.
