NAV (No Added Value) has nothing to do with Machine Doubling which has nothing to do with Die Deterioration Doubling. NAV is just an acronym that someone made up.
NAV is not any kind of doubling. It is a category that encompasses all types of doubling that add no value. Like, MD, DDD, ejection doubling, and others.
In that case, stay in school, and if the school has a course in reading comprehension, you should take it.
