    That's not missing it's clad layers, it's suffering from storage in a bad environment. Take a look at the edge of the coin.

    By the way, @Magana , have you weighed it? A normal coin should weigh 5.67gms.

    The big question is, "Which company certified this coin?". I don't recall any of the major companies grading a 2000-P Sac MS70.
