2000 Sc State Quarter Machine/Die deterioration or doubled die?

    Does anyone see any true doubling or is it all die deterioration or machine doubling? Also, the finish looks very different from most of my other state quarters.
    Areas in question:

    • R in America
    • N in United
    • O in God
    • U in Quarter
    • B in Liberty
    I'm pretty sure for this one it's not true doubled die but just wanted to get some other opinions.

    It appears to me that it has some environmental damage as well as some DDD. JMO
