    Hello again CT World,
I've had this coin since I started coin collecting this year in March anyways what caught my eye was a cutout at the bottom of the dime which turn out to be nothing more than a cut out from some tool I was told from others on this site and on a Facebook group, but I keeped it because it was cool to my eyes..

just got my coin holders in and I was inspecting my coin again with my magnifier to label, and found that Roosevelt's vein is popping out. so I went onto the Wexler coin page also went on ebay sold list to search for something similar.. Here is where I need your help.
I found nothing close to what's happening on his forehead in my search.
The "strick run" starts from between the Eyebrow and goes into the Hair.
Do you know of a better explanation other than my Bulging Vein? Strick run? Screenshot_20220612-201720_Gallery.jpg

PMD. Looks to be part of a "Wheelmark", or "counting machine damage". The full pic of the obverse seems to show metal pushed across the forehead in a curved slice. Interesting cutout near the date though.:)

Thank you JPD3, "wheel mark" is better than popping vein

    Wow, that "cutout" is odd!

Appears to be damaged after it left the mint, so NAV, but I too keep all coins I find that I think are cool. Value is in the eye of the beholder.
