    No I am sorry you do not have an error and it is not valuable. It is what is called PMD. Also on the 2000 Philadelphia business strike if the A M in America was wide instead of touching AM, then you would have something more desirable. Either way, the condition is horrible and it is worth 1 cent. Keep hunting and happy collecting. Maybe next time.

    I just wanted to explain PMD - Post Mint Damage

    I did notice the nice Misaligned Die Strike on the Obverse. But that also adds no premium.

    That's not parking lot damage, looks more like an alloy or plating issue. PLD would show more silver zinc marks.

    The coin is damaged. Who cares how it got that way.
