    I just found a 2000 D penny
    With what it looks to me a D over S
    And also im not sure about
    DD on the colums and maybe on the word AMERICA
    Any help welcome

    That is not a D over S. It is a plating issue. Looks like a small S but it is not.
    I believe Mint Marks were no longer hand punched into the Obverse Die in 2000 so it's impossible to occur.
