    That's from "Laugh-In" - 1967-1969 or so.

    Arnie (can't remember his last name!) was the
    character, in black suit and hat, popping up from
    behind some bushes, saying it with a German
    nazi accent - 'verrrrrrry interrrestink'

    (similar to, but not, Sargent Schultz in Hogan's Hero's)

    Lighting shows it to be incuse, doesn't seem to show design details in the depression so probably not PSD, most likely a strike through.
