An uncirculated duplicate of the 1999-p: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1999-P-Jefferson-Nickel-Very-rare-Error-Rotated-Revese-35-UNC-/260876961224
It says 35%, i'm guessing they mean 35% rotated around. I have no idea why it was listed like that, must not have thought about listing the degrees. I haven't measured it, but it looks like between 60 and 70 or so. Still no duplicates of the 2000-p though. I probably won't know what these are worth until i try and sell them and see what they're worth to other collectors.
FWIW, I auctioned one of those on the 'bay, in nicer condition, for $45.00. The rotation was very close to your example.
You found TWO?! You lucky dog. Yeah, those command some nice premiums. If you don't mind parting with 'em, try listing them on eBay and see where the numbers go. Just judging by auction history, looks like that's where they'd bring the most. -Brian
Hey, thanks for that, I at least have an idea what one went for, I was thinking around $40 was what i would ask. I'll probably be listing these on ebay in the next couple of weeks, probably with a pretty high reserve on the 2000p, and a few other errors and coins. I found a glass flask from the 1860s or so in a wall I was working on the other day that lists for around $150 too I might list, that was a weird but cool find. Thanks for the replies, I guess if you look long enough you're bound to find something.
