    There was a little known experiment at the mint in 2000 where they attempted to design a coin that wouldn't roll away when dropped. This might be one that escaped the mint.

    I can. Dried adhesive. The letters are backwards into the glue. Someone glued a penny to each side then pried them off and left the impression. We have seen many like yours over the years.

    That's like saying are all coins the mint produces error coins, are all the plants exploding, are all cars in accidents.
