The weakness in the date is probably the result of a grease-filled die. This is very common for almost all denominations, and your coin is only worth face value.
Also, it appears to very be slightly misaligned, but we'd need to see images of both sides to be sure. Again, this would not add anything to the value of the coin.
FWIW, I try to suggest to most people who are hoping to find coins from circulation that are worth big bucks that they should learn more about the minting process and the grading of coins before they start looking for errors.

Just a suggestion.. Next coin question you have create your thread over at the Error Coins forum and not the what's it worth forum. Most minor errors have little or no premium at all.
